Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?


Shopping at thedilfhat.com is safe. Every credit card purchase you make at The Dilf Hat is verified and protected through PayPal, Venmo or Cash App.




What is the status of my order?


Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped we will send an email with your tracking number. Should there be a delay for any reason you will receive an explanation and any steps on your behalf to complete the order.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We currently accept payments via PayPal, Venmo and Cash App.




What do you charge for shipping?


Orders $40 and over ship for free. If your order total is below $40, shipping will be $4 anywhere in the United States.




How can I return my item?


All orders are final unless there was a mistake made on our part.




Do you ship outside of the United States?


Yes we do but it will be a different rate and that will be shown at the time of checkout.




Are you currently sold in any stores?


We are currently sold in Threadz Atlanta, but the majority of our inventory is sold online at thedilfhat.com. If you are a retailer interested in carrying our merchandise, please contact info@thedilfhat.com.
